The refund of the security deposit will be made only after seven days of the event without interest if the hall and its premise are left clean and undamaged.
In the event of cancellation and the confirmation of cancellation is received in writing, the refund will be remitted to the client's bank account within 15 working days. The cancellation charges are applicable as mentioned below.

| Between 45-59 days prior to the event | 50% of total deposit paid plus GST |
| Between 30-44 days prior to event | 75% of total deposit paid plus GST |
| Between 15-29 days to event | 100% total deposit |
